The Terms

1. What you're getting

Access, not ownership.

You can download and use these records to DJ with — sets, mixes, radio shows, live performance, promotional mixtapes.

You do not own them. Nothing here transfers any copyright.

2. What you can't do

• Re-upload them anywhere. No other pool, no Dropbox link, no group chat, no server.

• Sell them. Not the files, not access to them.

• Share your account. One account, one person.

• Sample or rebuild them into new records without going to the artist yourself.

• Claim them. Not as your work, not as your remix, unless the artist says otherwise in writing.

• Distribute them to streaming services or anywhere they'd be monetised.

 

 

3. Your licences are your business

If you play these records in a venue, on the radio, on a livestream, or anywhere a performance licence is required, that's on you and the venue — not on us.

We give you the files. We do not give you performance rights, sync rights, or the right to use the music in anything you're being paid to produce.

 

 

4. What we can't promise

The music here comes from the artists who sent it. We don't independently verify who owns every sample, interpolation or feature on a record. We ask the person uploading to confirm they have the rights, and we take that in good faith.

So the files come as they are. If a record turns out to have a clearance problem, we'll take it down as soon as we know — but we can't guarantee anything about music we didn't make.

 

 

5. Downloads are tracked

Every download is recorded against your account. We use it to see what's moving and to tell artists how their record is doing.

If files that came from here turn up somewhere they shouldn't, that record is how we find out where they came from.

 

 

6. Your feedback is public

The feedback you leave before downloading appears publicly on that song's page, under your handle and city — never your real name.

Write accordingly. It's on the internet.

 

 

7. If you break these terms

We can close your account without warning or refund.

And if something you did with these files lands us in a dispute — you re-uploaded them, you sold them, you used them in something commercial — that's on you, not us. You agree to cover what it costs us.

 

 

8. We can change or pull anything

Records come down. Sometimes because an artist asks, sometimes because someone claims ownership, sometimes because we decide to. We don't have to explain.

What you've already downloaded is yours to keep using within these terms. We just may not keep hosting it.
